It's hard to mask my enthusiasm for this game behind non-partisan reporting, but damn it looks good. Assassin's Creed 3 is not only gearing up to be one of the year's best releases (among a prestigious list), but one of the top action titles released in this generation, and that is no mean feat.

To help relay the strength of their newest entry in the series, Ubisoft has produced a mini-documentary style video series looking at not only the behind-the-scenes development of the game, but also at the history of the era in which it takes place, and the historical events that populated it. It's a refreshing way to present a game of this magnitude and is the first of many.
