A handful of screenshots allegedly "leaked" from Sony's upcoming PlayStation Allstars Battle Royale have surfaced over on Reddit (via: VG247), and assuming they're as legitimate as they appear to be, the images reveal an assortment of characters and stage backdrops that had not yet been officially announced.

Fighting game speciality blog Shoryken has gazed deep into the images, beyond the rather obnoxious watermarks and put together this list of PlayStation alum: Raiden (Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance), Dante (upcoming Devil May Cry), Ratchet (Ratchet & Clank), Sackboy (Little Big Planet), Spike (Ape Escape), Sir Dan (MediEvil), Nariko (Heavenly Sword), Evil Cole (Infamous).

Additionally, the stages depicted in the alleged images suggest the following locales: Paris (Sly Cooper), BlackRock Stadium (Twisted Metal), Columbia (Bioshock Infinite), Invasion (Killzone), Alden’s Tower (Infamous), unnamed Loco Roco stage.

PlayStation Allstars: Battle Royale is due on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita on October 25th 2012.
