![]() Developer Subutai Corporation will now be able to continue flailing away on the project, which has targeted a PC and Mac release for the game and a very open development process. Subutai plans to use Razer's Hydra Sixense motion-controllers as a base, but will embrace community modders and intends to offer the tools created during development as a base for other games. Since the project's inception, the developers have since settled on the Unity Engine as their technology of choice and an eventual Steam release is expected, although no release dates have been offered. As of the time of posting, there's still 12 hours left to pledge, so head over to the Kickstarter page if you want to get in on this one.

This has Neal Stephenson backing it and crowd pleasing videos... Still, backed in the end. I guess $500,000 is a fair bit compared to most Kickstarter projects that aren't Shadowrun Returns, Doublefine Adventure or Pebble. Speaking of; really looking forward to my Pebble watch later this year :)
