I know Far Cry 3's Vaas, the insane antagonist the team has been showcasing since its unveiling, will be pissed about his videogame debut being pushed back close to two months, but with a game as ambitious as Far Cry 3, extra time in development can only ever be a good thing.

Now the game will see light of day in Australia on November 29 ahead of a December 4 US release (ha!). There was no specific reason highlighted for the delay, but in the wake of E3 feedback, it's likely the team are tightening up what is already shaping up to be one of the year's top releases.

In other Ubi release date news, Rocksmith is now coming September 27 and Just Dance 4 will strut its stuff on October 2.
