If you missed Ubisoft's E3 press conference in the live stream space, there's also a good chance you missed the awesome Assassin's Creed III presentation from game director, and Aussie ex-pat, Alex Hutchinson. Thankfully, Ubisoft has today released a video of the same presentation, and this one also comes with pre-recorded commentary from Hutchinson.

The stand-out components here are, again, the new game-world and its vastly different settings, such as day and night, along with unique weather patterns that are based on the seasons in which you're in. Ecology is also a big feature, as are new climbing abilities and techniques, and, of course, combat.

Assassin's Creed III is due to arrive on PC, PS3 and Xbox 360 this coming October.
