 My name is Chris Whiteside, and I’m the lead producer of Guild Wars 2. Normally, I’m head-down in the trenches, making sure we’re producing the best MMO possible, but I wanted to come up for air and share some exciting news with you:If that wasn't enough to get you eager for the upcoming beta, NCSoft has also stated that previous beta characters have not been deleted, so you can start off from where you were previously. The beta will also portray all the new bug fixes, tweaks and changes that NCSoft have gone through with the enormous feedback, something that they are very proud of. You can check out the official announcement over on their blog which details a bit more of what to expect in this beta, as well as a personal thank you for previous participation.
