We're not sure why they didn't just use the official site, but Bethesda's official Bethblog points us towards some new game art from Dishonored that they've posted up on a new Tumblr blog.

Among some tidy pieces of concept art from the game, there's also an interesting podcast (look for the thin audio player about half-way down) that features a bunch of Arkane Studios' developers talking about some of the emergent gamplay experiences that have taken them by surprise during play-testing. As interesting as all that is however, the one image you're all going to want to check out is this animated gif of a stealth-kill.

Dishonored is due on October 11th 2012 for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

Really looking forward to Dishonoured, after it's out then the Arkane guys can get back on to making Arx 2.

As for all this social media rubbish, it seems nowdays if you want info about a game you have to look at a fistful of social media sites just to get some sort info. Why couldn't they just mention this on an official website without all the external stuff?

I know some people love their social media, I just find it to be a convoluted way of getting information out there.
