Report: LEGO Toy Packaging Reveals LEGO Lord of the Rings Videogame

MCV are reporting that the next franchise to receive Traveller's Tales' signature LEGO game treatment will be The Lord of the Rings. Publisher Warner Bros have yet to reveal anything, but the cat has been let out of the bag as packaging of new Lord of the Rings branded LEGO kits sent to toy reviewers has been found promoting the unannounced game.

TT's LEGO games -- with the exception of LEGO Batman -- generally retell the story of their associated films with a signature LEGO style of humour but it unclear whether this first LOTR game will span all of the Peter Jackson epics or just The Fellowship. MCV notes that we're most likely to find out more at or leading up to E3 expo in a few weeks time.
