Naughty Dogs CG-rendered video reveal of their new zombie-flavoured game tentpoled a lot of pants, teasing a marriage of their proven storytelling from the Uncharted games with post-apocalytpic zombies. Today a new videos has made its way online, going behind the curtain on the creation of that impressive trailer and revealing the actors that will be providing the voice and motion-capture performances of the game's principle characters.

Video game voice veteran Troy Baker (Arkham City's Two Face and Booker DeWitt in upcoming BioShock Infinite) and screen actor Ashley Johnson (The Help, Growing Pains) will play the roles of father and daughter survivalists Joel and Ellie.

Scope out the clip below for a candid look at them on the mo-cap stage and an early draft of the impressive debut trailer.

The Last of Us is expected in late 2012 or early 2013, exclusive to PlayStation 3.
