Outside of the greater EA marketing machine, BioWare continue to serve up some direct-to-the-community pimping of their own and today we have yet another video offering inside look at the construction of the hotly anticipated Mass Effect 3.

One of the key features of Mass Effect series has been the quality of the characters afforded by the game's bar-raising dialogue system and world-class voice acting and number 3 looks set to build on that again, this time boasting over 40,000 fully-voiced lines.

The logistics of recording that many words with that many different voice actors seems like a monumental task, so it's interesting to get a behind the scenes look at the processes and software they use to bring everything together. Check it out embedded below or click here for the HD video page.

Also featured in the video is a look at the bonus incentives they've been cultivating for customers that pre-order the game. As extra weapons that you don't know whether you'll even want to use in a game you haven't played yet, some of them aren't incredibly exciting, but if you're a fan of inflatable omni-blades or tin boxes, you can find out the Australian-specific details in this here press release.

Mass Effect 3 is due on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on March 8th 2012.
