The promised DirectX 11 patch fo Crysis 2 is due to arrive on June 27, and will feature a massive visual overhaul for the already pretty title. Though in the meantime, here are the full patch notes that will come with the 1.9 upgrade:

Well looks like i'll re-install crysis 2 and actually aim to finish it this time. I got excited that this comes out on my birthday but then realised it'll be the 28th for us.

For those of us who have the Steam version, no actual confirmation of this patch getting rolled out to us yet. As long as it doesn't break the stupid activation limit (TAGES SolidShield? Bah!).

Crysis 2 ain't on Steam anymore Blaze. So may not get updates through them. And isn't this a bit to late?
