Warner Bros. have revealed that Mortal Kombat Kollection, an arcade package of classic MK titles, Mortal Kombat, Mortal Kombat 2 and Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3, will be available for digital download not too long before the end of Winter, 2011.
Mortal Kombat Arcade Kollection takes gamers back to the arcades! Iconic arcade games will be available on XBLA, PSN & PC.
Read a Tweet from Warner Bros UK, confirming the package. For Aussies, there's no worry here in these games being available as they've been previously rated M and MA15+, so at least we'll get some Mortal Kombat love, even if it is in Klassic form.

On XBLA you'll be forking out 800 MS Points (roughly $10 AUD), and on PSN and PC, about the same.

Gamestop in the US are selling this sweet retro arcade stick bundled with the Mortal Kombat Kollection too. Its pretty much a recreation of the panel from an MK1 machine, pretty funky. Functionally its the same as the stick that came with the Tournament Edition of the game, I've been using one of those for the new MK9 and it kicks ass, so if you missed out and want one heres your chance (well, assuming they sell them locally, and/or you use a mail drop service to order it from overseas).

Theres a PS3 flavour as well, if thats your preference.
