The MotorStorm series is one of Sony's flagship examples of the power of the PS3, and the latest installment, MotorStorm: Apocalypse is no different.

However, unlike previous iterations, Apocalypse takes on more of a car-combat component; shifting you out of Mother Nature and unto a decaying urban jungle wrought with danger, and dangerous people.

Amos Hong took the PlayStation 3 exclusive through its paces, and even dabbled in a little 3D, and emerged pretty chuffed with the experience.

I wasn't too sold on the track design, I preferred the less variable racing chaos of Motorstorm Pacific Drift. But Motorstorm: Apocalypse is ahelluvalota fun.
