We've compiled a few news stories over the past few weeks revealing Capcom's immediate future plans for the Resident Evil series, which will see a host of titles emerging from the shadows, though only two of them new, and both of these are for Nintendo 3DS (Revelations and Mercenaries).

Rumour has it they'll finally lift the lid on Resident Evil 6 at E3, but until then, we can all still get our zombie fix on with firm confirmation we'll see HD revivals for the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade of both Resident Evil: Code Veronica, which was originally released on Dreamcast, and the genre-defining Resident Evil 4, which first appeared on GameCube.

Watch their 15th Anniversary trailer embedded below, or click here for the HD streaming option.
