Indie developer Adhesive Games have released the first gameplay trailer for their debut title, a mech-combat first person shooter title Hawken, and after only nine months of development, the unreal engine powered game is looking pretty hot.
Hawken is a multiplayer mech combat game. The focus is on creating an intense and enjoyable battle experience that captures the feeling of piloting a heavy war machine while keeping the action fast-paced and strategic.
The new video is boasted as "entirely made up of footage capture directly from actual gameplay" and there being many more aspects of the game that are yet to be shown.

The developers have expressed interest in launching on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 however that will likely depend on what kind of publishing deal eventuates. The release date is still "when it's done".
