Ubisoft's all-new 2D space shooter, Zeit², is now available for download from the Xbox Live Marketplace and Steam and will set you back 800 MS Points (AU$13) or AU$9.95 on Valve's platform.
Zeit² is a traditional side-scrolling, 2D, shoot’em up game that brings unprecedented elements to the game experience. Zeit²’s unique time travel feature has yet to be seen in this genre even after decades of great games.
The game looks to take an old-school foundation and build upon it with modern concepts and some outlandish plot developments, but most of all, it offers up a co-op experience and classic arcade fun.

Watch the Zeit² launch trailer right here and check out this developer diary video for some insight into the indie-dev process.

Looks alright but steam doesn't say anything about it being Co-op.

It does say this however: 3rd-party DRM: Tages Solidshield
3 machine activation limit.

Why do they bother when it's on steam...
