First New Tomb Raider Screenshots and Art

After an initial print-magazine only run in Game Informer, Crystal Dynamics and Square-Enix have now released the first images from the recently announced Lara Croft refresher, simply titled Tomb Raider.

In the initial announcement, developer Darrell Gallagher told us to "Forget everything you know about TOMB RAIDER, we are exploring things that have never been done before in this game," and the first images certainly give the impression that this game will take the series in a darker and grittier direction that might not even be so much about shooting as many endangered animal species as possible.

Tomb Raider is currently in the works for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. No release window has yet been revealed.

Her rack is neither big nor triangular enough for mine...bring back the original few games...so many memories of backing Lara into a corner so the camera would be forced to swing around to the front and see those ridiculous polygonal boobs...or have I just given too much about myself away??

Hey,

Lara's breasts definitely need to be bigger. Hope she still has that sexy English accent as well.

Looks a lot more hardcore than the original game.
