Remember that CG cinematic trailer for Deus Ex: Human Revolution that invoked salivation around the world when Eidos unleashed it just prior to the E3 expo back in June? Well now they've let loose an extended cut that runs just over 5 minutes. It's 110 seconds longer and we're not entirely sure if the extra footage is all that interesting, but it's still a very cool trailer and a nice way to officially launch the new HD video support in the AusGamers video library.

Watch it right here on AusGamers and click that little HD button to flick on the 720p steam goodness, you'll also want to fullscreen it for the full effect. For the time being, only select trailers on AusGamers will sport the HD option, however We'll hopefully have some upgrades to the embeded video player soon that should make things a little more intuitive.

Deus Ex: Human Revolution is due on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in "Early 2011".

Holy shit. I didn't think it was possible to be more pumped for this game, but I sure as fuck am now!

Maybe its the unabashed bias I have towards DX but that was one of the most compelling FMV trailers for a game I have seen in a very long time.

Whoever did that trailer really needs to a feature.
