THQ have sent along a new trailer for de Blob 2, revealing that they've droped the "The Underground" subtitle and confirming that the title is now coming to both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

de Blob 2 is in the works at THQ's Melbourne-based Blue Tongue Entertainment, following the success of the original title - which was limited to Wii, PC and portable platforms -- de Blob 2 will be hitting the other consoles with stereoscopic 3D support on both X360 and PS3 as well as PlayStation Move support.

Check out the new trailer here on AusGamers and stop by our game page for a bunch of screenshots and concept art.

de Blob 2 is due in Australian on February 24 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii and DS.

I was suprised at how fun the first De Blob was.
Definitely one of the best 3rd party games for the Wii (although that isn't saying that much).
