Whatever you might think about the whole exclusive dedicated servers fiasco, there's little doubt that Call of Duty: Black Ops won't be a huge hit for Activision this holiday season.

As launch day draws ever closer, Acti have released the obligitory launch trailer which traditionally is the one trailer to watch if you want to get excited about a game.

The Call of Duty: Black Ops launch trailer features a bunch of blockbuster scenes from the game's singleplayer campaign backed by the Rolling Stones' classic Gimme Shelter. Check it out here on AusGamers.

Call of Duty: Black Ops is due on Australian shelves for PC, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Nintendo Wii and DS on Tuesday November 9th 2010.

Haters gunna hate , but to buck the trend im going to buy this game because it looks like fun and if it plays anything like the earlier COD games i will be happy, dedicated servers or not it seems like this is the way its going to be.

Sadly no matter how good or bad this game is, all the reviews will say it's f*****g amazingly awesome because it's cod.

The last 2 cod games have been terrible, I hope this one isn't but the only way to know is to try it.

Looks like another blockbuster sales success for COD.
Might even have to buy this one eventually if Internode do a good job of the server support.

I get the feeling COD are going to show MOH how its done these days. Which can only be good for MOH's next effort.
