Konami had already left us a little behind the rest of the world with these two, but unfortunately it seems that unforseen freight delays have pushed back the Australian release of both Pro Evolution Soccer 2010 and Castlevania: Lords of Shadow.

Both games were originally pencilled in for October 7th 2010, so eager footballers and Brotherhood of Lighters are probably wondering when the heck they're actually going to get here.

The new target is now next Tuesday, October 19th 2010 for all platforms of both. That's PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 for Pro Evolution Soccer 2010 and Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 for Castlevania: Lords of Shadow.

Both games are now in the hands of AusGamers review team and we should be able to share our thoughts on them very shortly.

Yeah, have to say I'm pretty impressed with it so far - it started pretty ordinary but really drew me in as I stuck with it. It's your usual God of War/Ninja Gaiden type: locked-camera, quick-time-event-abusing action game but the combat that starts rather shitty begins to actually feel pretty nice once you get some upgrades happening.

The environments are really lush and the story's actually not half bad. Def digging it.

i wasn't a fan of god of war etc so i don't know if i'll get this

they all seem to have the weapon that is attached to a chain so they can throw it. seems to be for convenience of the game mechanics

i do like a good vamp/warewolf setting though.
