Paradox Interactive have released a playable demo for their upcoming sea-faring sim Ship Simulator Extremes. This one's for all of those who thought that the peaceful boating of the last Ship Sim outing was too placid - prepare to take your nautical adventures To The Extreme with hardcore missions like the Sydney Harbour Ferry (not even kidding).
The SSE Demo contains two full playable missions, taken from both the Tourist Tales and the Greenpeace campaign in the game.Download it right here (600MB) from AusGamers files.

Thats not what Greenpeace does. Thats what Sea Shpherd do. Greenpeace does absolutely fuck all about stopping whaling.

Well, in the context of the Demo's mission, this is not something that Green Peace does. Its something that Sea Shepards do.
I'm sure the demo doesn't have you out holding a sign or painting a slogan on the ice.
Correct or not !?

Also I go to sea and fail to see the appeal of a ship simulating game. The best bit is the ability to fast forward, which I wish I could do at sea.

I liked those Ocean waves.
kind of relaxing.
Not everyone wants to kill terrorists with machine guns.
