2K Sports have released a playable demo for their next-gen basketball title, NBA2K 11. The demos are now available on Xbox Live and the PlayStation Network, so you should see them the next time you fire up your consoles. The info:
The demo will allow players to relive this past season’s exciting NBA Finals and play one quarter as the Los Angeles Lakers or Boston Celtics. The demo will give fans will a glimpse of this year’s improvements, including revamped IsoMotion™ dribbling controls, dynamic shot control and all-new visuals in the NBA 2K11 demo.
To entice you further, they've also got a new teaser trailer out showing the reveal of a famous minor league baseball player they included in the game for some reason - watch below.

Well the new NBA JAM is being designed for Wii mostly, so there's your answer. But NBA Jam was more about the gameplay and fun anyway. I do wish they'd turned up the flame effects a notch though, they look a bit rubbish.
