I'll be dusting off my PSP for this one. Ubisoft (distributing Square Enix in Australia) today revealed that the PlayStation Portable would soon be housing a reinvention of the classic PSOne Tactics Ogre, rebuilt from the ground up by a dedicated team that includes several members of the original dev squad.
TACTICS OGRE: Let Us Cling Together, is being reborn from the ground up, with reworked visuals and effects, a re-arranged soundtrack by the original composers, new character growth mechanics and a new Wheel of Fortune system that adds even more replay value to the game.
There's no current release date, but anyone who has played a Tactics Ogre game will know that this is very, very exciting news (I still play my GBA copy). We'll give you more info when we have it.
