It's Monday again and as per usual here's a few videos that came in while we were away from the screen:
  • Prison Break: The Conspiracy The TV series might have finally wrapped up after it's increasingly convoluted storylines gave it more life than it probably should have had, but that doesn't mean we've heard the last of Prison Break. The popular show is getting the videogame treatment in a game set to take place parallel to the jail-breaking adventures of the first season.

Deep Silver have released the first trailer for the game and surprisingly it actually shows a bit of promise. Check it out right here on AusGamers.

Prison Break: The Conspiracy is due on PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 on March 26th 2010 (although we've had no confirmation as to whether Australia will receive that same distribution timetable as yet). More details and screenshots can be found over on our game page

  • Super Street Fighter 4: Once again confirming the reveals from recent Japanese print mags, Capcom have now official announced three more new characters for the upcoming DLC-turned-full-retail fighting game. Ibuki, Makoto and Dudley now join Guy, Cody, Adon, Juri, T-Hawk and Dee Jay on the already populous roster of playable characters.

Catch all three in this sizzle trailer, and a bit of gameplay action with Dudley vs Sagat and Makoto vs Ibuki.

Super Street Fighter 4 is due on April 30 2010 for both Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3.

  • Command and Conquer 4: Tiberium Twilight: EA Los Angeles have released another trailer for their forthcoming RTS, set to supposedly not only conclude the long-running C&C saga, but also launch exclusively on PC.

The latest trailer is all about the storyline and of course in C&C world, that means plenty of live action scenes and Joe Kucan's iconic Kane character. Watch the "Ascension" trailer right here on AusGamers.

Command and Conquer 4: Tiberium Twilight is set to hit PC on March 18 2010.

Seems to be the way things are going these days, they cant control the game when its played on lan so the just remove lan play and say everyone has internet connections these days and its the best way to maintain a "consistent experience" or something BS like that.

Lan play and dedicated servers means the life of a game is extended alot, I mean people are still playing CS.

Problem with that is people wont buy "game 2.0" and its DLC, so why would the game developers want to do that.

Prison Break should've ended when they climbed the wall at the end of the first season.

Is that SSF4 release date an actual genuine Aussie release? Or did you just roll with the European date?

And throw P2P Multiplayer only into that mix too. Although C&C never did have dedicated server support, even back in the C&C1 days so I'm not sure this is a big departure from the norm. Will second that no LAN sucks big sweaty Kane-balls though.
