The 2009 holiday season wasn't just all about the blockbuster games, there was some solid indie titles kicking around too. One such game is Telltale's Tales of Monkey Island, the episodic franchise that wrapped up it's first season just before the Christmas break.

Rather than review every single episode like we did with Wallace and Gromit's Grand Adventures, we've opted instead to wait for the complete seasons of similar games from here on in.

Tales from Monkey Island reignites the much-loved Lucasarts franchise in an all new modern game with all the heart of the classic point-and-click adventure genre. You can find out all about the finished product in today's in-depth review.
