A demo for Visceral Games' forthcoming horror/action romp, Dante's Inferno, will be hitting platforms next month, and will feature a full level from the game (which is based on the nine circles of hell, "circles" clearly being levels) following Dante's descent from the surface to the gates of hell.

If you haven't been paying much attention, the game is a seminal God of War-style actioner with plenty of creepiness (including babies crawling out of giant nipples - I kid you not), blood and monsters and is based on Alighieri's poem, the Divine Comedy.

This game does need a demo to overcome the negative hype surrounding it. Here's hoping it lives up to Dead Space levels of awesome.
