BlizzCon 09: Diablo 3 "Monk" Trailers and Screens

Aside from World of WarCraft and StarCraft 2 being the big hitters at this year's BlizzCon, there's also the much anticipated Diablo 3, which Blizzard were more than happy to show off, here in the form of two trailers showcasing the "Monk" Class character along with a host of screen shots. I wasn't criticising the graphics in the cinematic. They were using models from the game which in proper 3rd person distance look sweet.

The creative direction and result just left a lot to be desired. I've seen them do really, really good game-engine cinematics - the one in-game from the Northrend WoW expansion quest should be the benchmark. This is woefully below that standard.

That is not in game. They use a shitload of post processing to get it to look like that.

i reckon that class looks fkn good, wizard still is my first character tho.

so one character left to announce... surely its gotta be a ranged hunter/rogue type, or will they go the druid?

I don't give a shit how they made it great, they should do it with other cinematics if they don't want people to think thye are shithouse?
