Hot on the heels of GDC Europe, the massive Euro gaming convention gamescom has kicked off. And it is massive - several gigantic halls absolutely packed with pretty much every single game that has either just been released or is about to be released in the next zero to 12 months.

We got a very brief look at the new co-operative Special Ops mode in the upcoming Modern Warfare 2. Unfortunately the demo we saw wasn't actually co-operative, but we got a bit of interesting information - if you're hanging out for it, check out our mini preview for the details.
