Apart from having a sub-head befitting a death-metal band, Age of Conan: Rise of the Godslayer marks the first full expansion for Funcom's revitalised MMO, which spiked perhaps a bit too early then suffered a major lull.

However, thanks to more development and balancing love, and this new expansion, it looks like the Hyborian king and his MMO world of inhabitants have much adventuring to look forward to.
