You just can't keep a good man down, and as Take-Two and Apogee Software (3D Realms) head into court, more and more Duke Nukem-related information continues to surface.

A little while ago we revealed Take-Two had been given the nod to build another Duke game alongside Duke Nukem Forever entitled Duke Begins, well now thanks to Shacknews we know the studio working on this side-project was Borderlands developer, Gearbox Games. While in other news more Duke Nukem Forever screens have surfaced via the game's Facebook page which can be viewed from our Duke Nukem Forever game page.
