Voodoo Extreme over at IGN, have some 28 HD screenshots of the recently limbo'd
Duke Nukem Forever (as if it wasn't in limbo before - sarcasm), showcasing plenty more from the game and proving it was actually reasonably far along in development.
There're even a host of spread-sheets detailing the entire game from start to finish, pretty much proving the likelihood of anyone picking up the game now for release is not going to happen.
Check the screens out right here.

If 3DR has simply cased operating because they've run out of money BUT are not in debt to anyone, then its a bit trickier.
If the company doesnt actually close (whats the proper word?) but simply exists without conducting business, then the IP will go into limbo.

Haha what?
Is there an equivalent of ASIC for US companies to see what its status is? Like "wound up", etc?
The company name is "Apogee Software, Ltd".
