Relic have released the promised 2.4.0.0 patch for Company of Heroes: Opposing Fronts bring a massive swag of balance changes and bugfixes to their much-loved WWII RTS.

Steam users will most likely already have received auto-update notification, but for those that bought the offline retail version, you can now download the patch locally (100MB) from AusGamers files.
