We have a video and some screens showing off the exclusive brawler for Wii starring everyone's favourite mutated turtles, TMNT: Smash Up.

Built exclusively for the Wii by Game Arts, the talented dudes behind the Super Smash Bros series (with a bit of help from some of the Team Ninja cats, also), TMNT: Smash Up is just further evidence someone out there can't let the Ninja Turtles go.

"I don't know if I approve of a turtle vs turtle fighting game" said AusGamers editorial chief Trog, but here it is, in all its glory. Hit this link for the trailer and this one for the few screens we've nabbed.

Looks great as long as they have a large character set to choose from.

I hope it's better than TMNT: Tournament Fighters.

Pretty nice graphics for Wii.

So you just fight each other? That may work with Leo and Raph, but why would any of the other turtles want to fight each other? Bring out some robot foot soldiers or something....

Why does Mario want to fight Samus? Why does Kriby want to fight Solid Snake?

For the b****** (Peach).

Why would anyone want another Smash Bros game, more like.

Because it works?

I hope it's better than TMNT: Tournament Fighters.

That's a pretty high bar to surpass. For it's time, that was an awesome game.

I hope it's better than Super Smashio Bros. or whatever it was. I have a bad feeling the video we saw is much better quality than the game will be. Does it not seem more like a cut-scene?

Of course it is a cut scene, compare it to the in game screen shots.

I don't have much hope for this if the game is as slow and blandly choreographed as that cut-scene.

I just been reliving these tunes.

If they have that sort of music in it I will buy two turtle games.
