Adding to Capcom's quick response regarding Aussie distributor Red-Ant's situation, Konami have also said any scheduled releases in Australia would not be affected by the distributor being placed into administration.

Talking to MCV, a Konami spokesperson said "As has been widely reported, Red-Ant has gone into administration. Konami is currently reviewing its Australian distribution and will not be affected by Red-Ant’s unfortunate demise." As there are no Konami titles immediately due for release in Australia, it does give the giant Metal Gear Solid publisher time to shop around for a new distributor.

It's also already rumoured THQ will be handling all Capcom releases from here on out. When we know more about Red-Ant's situation, we'll let you know.
