Alongside our video interview for Mirror's Edge from the Tokyo Game Show, we also took some time out to take the supplied demo for a run-through to see just how this free-running-inspired first-person action game plays.

the good news is the first-person view gives an incredible sensation of being on the rooftops performing the death-defying leaps we've seen in the game's trailers and videos, whether or not this can carry the game's linear stylings all the way through though, will remain to be seen.

Publisher Electronic Arts has announced that its award-winning action-adventure title Mirror's Edge will ship on November 11 for PS3 and Xbox 360, with the PC version set to arrive "later in the winter".

:( DAMN YOU CONSOLES! DAMN YOUUUU!
