![]() In the ever-popular CoD4, three different types of kill streak netted you an on-field reward. Three kills a UAV (to see enemies on your map), five kills an airstrike and seven kills a support chopper that usually cleans the field up pretty good. According to reports, Treyarch have adopted a very similar system, where three kills will launch a recon plane (again, displaying enemy positions on your map), five kills will call in an artillery strike, but it's the seventh one that has us all excited as you'll be able to "Release The Dogs" where a number of attack dogs will enter the playing field and will sniff out and kill the opposing side for a period of time. Whether or not you'll be able to fend off the dogs is not yet known at this stage (though if you can shoot down a chopper in Modern Warfare, it makes sense that you would be able to kill the dogs). We'll be keeping our ears to the grindstone for anymore multiplayer info from Call of Duty: World At War, so stay tuned.

A pity I will never get to use the dogs, as I am yet to use the chopper *sigh* Note to self: develop more 1337 skillz.

On Search & Destroy 16 player you very very rarely see a chopper. Maybe once every 30-40hrs of gaming time.

So constant dogs might be an issue. If you can kill them... not so much.
