FarCry 2 Release Date And Collector's Edition Details

Ubisoft have let us know the official release date of their free-roaming open-world FPS, FarCry 2. The game will hit retail across the country October 23rd for the Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PC platforms. It was also announced there would be a Collector's Edition with the following features:

Exclusive wooden box
Original Far Cry® 2 Game
Limited edition Far Cry® 2 t-shirt
"The Art of Far Cry® 2" Art book
Making-of DVD
