Electronic Arts have announced a PC version of Burnout Paradise is underway and is being built from the ground up by Criterion Software for the platform. According to the press release, this is the first time the series has landed on the PC and will feature exclusive new content.
Burnout Paradise will be the first Burnout title ever made for the PC, customized with expanded multiplayer, enhanced online features, and community driven content.Good news for PC owners still not sold on the budding home console platform. Hopefully that means a more mouse-orientated user interface and the ability to run your own servers to compete with local players instead of having to connect to some US based server for peer to peer play.

So sick of reading this gibberish in every press release about anything ever. THEY ARE CALLED THE PLAYSTATION 3 AND THE XBOX 360! THAT IS ALL!!

The list just keeps going, they're extremely anal when it comes to this stuff, so yeah it doesn't suprise me in the least they keep using their full blown marketing bullshit names for the consoles in press releases, the people writing the press releases are probably being forced at gunpoint to use those names.
