According to the official Super Smash Bros. Brawl site, the Wii brawler is going to also offer up an extra feature regarding all of the classic characters found within - timed Virtual Console demos. Given most of the SSBB cast have - at one time or another - appeared on a Nintendo console, SSBB will offer up Masterpieces.

Masterpieces will allow players to tackle classic titles featuring their favourite SSBB character in timed demos. This is the first time VC demos have been tacked onto a title, but looking at the nature of SSBB and its 29 (announced) cast members, it really is the perfect platform for getting people excited about Virtual Console. Obviously once the timed demo is over, you can then opt to download the full game from the Wii Shop Channel.

There's still no word on an Aussie or Euro release date for this, but it was pushed back in the US recently to March 9th. Hopefully we won't end up waiting months on-end for it like we did Metroid or Paper Mario last year.

You guys forget, I'm not posting on qgl, I'm writing news on AusGamers - none of what I do is forum posting, I write news articles, previews, reviews and features

Obviously WAY to early to call, but there's also GTA IV, StarCraft 2, Fallout 3, Mario Kart Wii and Resident Evil 5... already shaping up to be a BIG year!

For starters I would find it reasonable to not even know what a Wii is
