S2 Games have set a release date of January 16 2008 for the long awaited Savage 2: A Tortured Soul. Available for purchase only via digital distribution from savage2.s2games.com. The free to play multiplayer demo will also be available at this time which will allow players to sample the game before committing to the one time fee of US$29.99 for the full game.

The open beta test will continue until release day although access is still restricted to those who have pre-ordered the beta.
