We've had a bunch of TPG users report problems receiving emails from AusGamers recently (specifically, Welcome Letters for new accounts and password resets). This appears to be some
reflux from an older problem which TPG originally resolved, but it looks like it has crept back in again.
I have made a few quick changes at our end to see if this resolves this issue; if there are any TPG users out there that can test the
password reset feature and let me know if they receive the email by posting in the comments here, that would be most appreciated. If the problem persists I will try to find someone at TPG to talk to.
