After the excellent FIFA 2003 (which I personally think was the best ever FIFA release) FIFA 2004 is almost upon us. I found some interesting looking information on this site.

These new lower division sides are going to be used in career mode, where you start with a team in the lower divisions, and work your way up to the top as champion.
