BigPond Mail vs SpamCop

Just a quick notice; a few people have gotten in contact with us letting us know that mail to some AusGamers addresses is bouncing - this is because we've recently installed some anti-spam mechanisms on our mail server, including SpamCop. Some naughty BigPond user has triggered off SpamCop and it is now blocking one of the BigPond mail servers, which means the AusGamers mail server is also blocking these addresses. See this page on the SpamCop site for more information.

At this stage its unlikely we'll remove the block. Some more information about this issue is available on Telstra's service status page.
