Australian Online gamers will have a chance to pit their skills against the best in the land at the Australian Raven Shield championships, starting 9 March 2003.
The championships are being organised by Ubi Soft Australia and Telstra Game Arena. The Ubi Soft "Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six 3: Raven Shield" tournament will pit teams of four players against one another in an effort to find Australia's most skilled Raven Shield squad, using the multiplayer demo of Raven Shield. The qualifying team will be sent to Hong Kong to represent Australia in the Asia-Pacific championships in May. Registration for the tournament commences 1 March, and registration information, along with the downloadable demo, can be found at the Game Arena site http://raven-shield.games.telstra.com. Teams can register at any time during the tournament.
