For all the talk of the over-dependence of violence (or the stealthy avoidance thereof) as a gameplay mechanic, few developers outside the casual and social sphere are really trying to do much about it, especially where first person perspective games are concerned.

Valve's Portal games showed that it was more than possible to maintain a core gaming appeal while removing the bodycount from the first person shooter, and now the team at Airtight games has gone one further, removing the gun completely with Quantum Conundrum.

Find out if this new addition to the First Person Puzzle genre is worth the low price of entry in AusGamers review.
