It's somewhat belated, but with so many race modes, missions and activities to partake in, we were lost in the virtual Los Angeles Rockstar San Diego crafted for their latest Midnight Club update.

An incredibly solid game-engine with stunning visuals, licensed vehicles, memorable landmarks, and a neat soundtrack should keep most driving game fans happy. There are a few negative points, but overall, this is a classy racer, and one worth checking out.

Rockstar San Diego's much loved Midnight Club series is back with a virtual Los Angeles to play with. Has this benchmarked the open-world racing genre?
