Not sure if you are nailed to Outlook but I do similar things to this all the time with Thunderbird using the excellent mail merge add on!

doesn't excel do this kind of thing for you? (similar to mail merge)

I've done the template up but all I need it to do now is have everything filled just by typing in the persons email.


edit: Just tried it and so far it's quicker than the old way. I'm just clicking the drop down arrow under new then selecting form and the template I created. But would still be nicer and faster if I can somehow get it going the other way.

Can I set up a new toolbar where I can select 1 of the templates and it pops up with a new email message rather than clicking on the dropdown box under new then select forms then find the template.

Got that sorted now i'm getting a microsoft office outlooked security notice saying this location of file could be unsafe and am I sure I want to open the file.

These things are never easy!

I'm there as we speak but it wont stop appearing. I don't want to have to edit the registry to get my way since it's a work pc.
