no they havent, you can log on as administrator, but by default the admin account is locked.

Im sure theres a boot cd that lets you unlock and reset the admin password, google it.

I used this a couple times now and is very simple. Last time only a couple days ago because someone I know changed their password then forgot it. Essentialy this is a boot cd, allows you to remove the password for "x" account so when you reboot, you log straight into windows and can set a new password from there.
