Is there an OSS SWF IDE/maker?

Is there such a thing? I Googled but I just get a ton of rubbish freeware/shareware sites with stuff that doesn't look like what I need.

I just want to muck around making some Flash animations. Is there a freely available IDE like Aptana or something for Flash?

Yeah, had a look on Sourceforge. Didn't find anything particularly grabbing. QFlash sounded the closest - I like their current website design, haha: http://qflash.sourceforge.net/webpage/

For anyone that cares, found a decent one in the end looking at osalt.com (dunno why I didn't think of that earlier).
